  3. How We Work

Technology and how we work.

Every request is logged, tracked and reported, so you always know what has been done, by whom and when.

Work-order lifecycle

Every request, tracked from report to close.

The same six steps apply to a dripping tap and to a chiller failure. Nothing is handled informally or lost between shifts.

  1. 01

    Report

A request arrives through the agreed helpdesk channels: phone, email, WhatsApp or the client portal where provided.

  2. 02

    Log & prioritise

It becomes a work order with a unique reference, location, asset and priority.

  3. 03

    Assign

The right technician receives the job with its details and the asset's history.

  4. 04

    Complete

Work is carried out safely, with before-and-after photos and parts used recorded.

  5. 05

    Verify & close

A supervisor checks the result and the requester is informed.

  6. 06

    Report

The job feeds the asset history and your monthly performance report.

Priority framework

The right response for the right problem.

Each request is classified by its impact. Response and completion targets for each level are agreed with you and written into your service-level agreement.

Visibility for clients

What you can see at any time.

Every work order, asset and PPM task is recorded with a unique reference and its full history, so information is captured once and can be reported on at any time.

Where a client already uses a CAFM or helpdesk system, we can work within it.
